Engaged by a large hedge fund to identify a person to help assess whether the fund should invest additional funds into a large free‐range pig farming business. The perfect candidate was described as someone that had managed a pig farm; not a scientist. In a matter of days ES found a person heading up a state pork council with a PhD in meat science and that had managed a large pig farm.

Rollercoaster CEO

Contacted by a third party Chief Restructuring Officer, ES was asked to identify former CEOs of Rollercoaster manufacturing businesses to facilitate reorganization of a bankrupt company. Through a contact of one of the ES partners that manufactured rollercoaster track, ES found two former CEOs of Rollercoaster manufacturing firms; one in the US and one in Europe to meet their needs.

Angola Country Manager

ES’s client asked us to identify US expatriates willing to live in Angola and act as the country manager. The person was required to be bilingual in English and Portuguese. ES found the exact DNA match living in Brazil and that person is now the Angola Country Manager.

Auditor Fluent In Madarin

Our client required someone with Big 4 audit experience working in the US and willing to relocate to China for two years. The person was required to be bilingual in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written fluency). ES identified a candidate meeting the requirements and the client hired the candidate who is successfully filling the role.
