Executive Smarts was founded in 2003 by a group of senior level executives with roots in the concept that execution is the missing deliverable component within most interim management and consulting firms. Our purpose is to help companies with the creation and application of continuous-improvement and best-practices management processes. Our expertise in process improvement and leadership development is enhanced by our own ongoing research and by our active work and affiliations with subject matter experts in industry and academia.
Our services are customized based on our customers’ needs and are always delivered by senior executives with industry and/or functional experience, consistent with the clients’ business environment. In every situation, clients receive the benefit of our team's combined executive expertise and business acumen. We do not "hand off" assignments to junior associates and act as "overseers". We believe client issues deserve the full attention of an experienced senior level manager with relevant experience. We recognize we are not "all things to all people"; and therefore, we will not accept engagements or assignments for which our experience is not well suited.
Our preferred method of execution is to help develop the strategy or tactical plan(s) and then manage the implementation as an on site, hands-on, interim member of the management team. The processes we use in providing real value to our customers may vary, and the deliverables may take different forms, but each assignment is targeted to fulfill our clients’ expectations and their unique business needs.
